Shipping, Store and Warranty Policies

• Out of stock items (OOS) - Items out of stock will stay on backorder unless otherwise noted or cancelled before shipping. Occasionally items will be placed on an invoice as out of stock and will ship as soon as they are re-stocked.

• Please check for the correctness of your address, as it is not the responsibility of Dolls and Ducks.com or Chamilia.us

• Please note: Due to international fraud, all international shipments will be comprehensively checked with your credit card issuing bank before shipments are mailed. This may cause a delay in shipment. Please note that international orders shipped to the U.S. will be comprehensively checked and will be delayed.

• All international orders may require a 3 way phone call with the customer, the issuing bank and DollsandDucks.com

• It is highly recommended that international customers use American Express. International address verification with AMEX is much faster.

• All orders that are international may be subject to a customs/duty buy the receivers country and are not the responsibility of Dolls and Ducks.com.

• All orders that are international do not include free shipping and appropriate shipping of $15.00 or $28.00 will be added based on the amount purchased.

• Shipping Partial orders - In the event there is/are OOS item(s) in a multi-item order, it is our policy to ship if we can provide 75% of the amount or item # of the order. During the holidays we may ship at 50% with a backorder pending.

• Orders that qualify for a free item must have the free item added to the cart before checkout and will not be sent after the order is completed.

• Returns/Exchanges - Chamilia is returned on an exchange basis only unless there is a special circumstance.Please contact us with questions. Because we deal in a collectible market we accept returns on a approved exchange only and they may not be accepted 30 days after being shipped. All Damaged/Defective items may be exchanged for the exact item (if Possible) for only 60 days after date of shipment. All approved returns of items are considered web-store credits and can be used for other Dolls and Ducks product. These items are subject to re-stocking fee and initial shipping is not credited. Cancellations after order processing are subject to a fee. On free shipping a shipping charge will be assessed. If an Item is a special order (any item that is not in our regular inventory.) a return may not be issued after 30 days and approved returns are assessed a restocking fee. Note: if an item is listed on the site, it still may be a special order. Please contact us before you order if you are concerned about a potential return. Restocking fees may 15%. Cancellations after order processing are subject to a 15% restocking fee also.  These fees are to cover bank fees shipping and misc. fees. Dolls and Ducks attempts to be as fair as possible with all returns and exchanges but reserves the right to assess fees where necessary

• All orders that do not have an address match may be cancelled.

• Chamilia, Lamore, Portrait Beads and Name Beads are all compatible with all brands with one exception. Troll Beads do not fit on Chamilia or any screw type bracelets.

• We will make every effort to have the items delivered as requested. Currently 99% of our orders are shipping within 1-2 business days of being ordered, and often ships on the same day. We will contact you if there is a problem.  Most items are shipping first class mail on the day or following day of the order.

• Please note that all custom name and photo beads are non refundable and take a minimum of two to three weeks to make. These orders can not be cancelled.

• Dolls and Ducks usually ships with in 48 hours or less and shipping delays by a mailing service are not the responsibility of Dolls and Ducks.com or Chamilia.us and can not be returned or cancelled.

• All international shipments will be comprehensively checked with your credit card issuing bank before shipments are mailed and may cause a delay.

• After September 1st, 2008, Chamilia USA will not allowing any retail stores in the United States to ship Chamilia product outside of North America.

• North America includes but is not limited to Canada, Puerto Rico and the United States of America. Chamilia Products will continue to be shipped here.

• Dolls and Ducks and Chamilia.US will continue to ship Photo Beads, Hand Painted Beads and L'amore Glass and Silver Beads internationally.

• All Pre-Order Items once ordered can not be cancelled but can be exchanged for another bead or item. Please also note that pre-orders will be billed to your credit card when ordered to be shipped when available per the dates on the website.
  

Product Care/WarrantyChamilia, Lamore di Firenze, Hand Painted beads and Portrait beads jewelry are very special and must be handled properly to keep it looking beautiful and lasting longer. Our warranty will not apply to any product if the following instructions are not followed: 

• Chamilia silver and gold beads are treated to resist tarnishing, but sometimes they require a quick touch-up. To do so, we recommend only using a silver polishing cloth - click here.
  

• Oxidized items are specially treated to give them their dark appearance. When worn, the finish may fade. This is not a defect but a result of normal wear and tear.
  

• Be sure not to use any type of liquid silver polish as it removes the oxidization from the beads and bracelets. We will not exchange or return any product that has been exposed to silver polish.

• It is also recommended that you remove your jewelry before coming into contact with water, hot tubs or pools, as exposure to harsh chemicals can alter the appearance of your Chamilia, Lamore di Firenze, Hand Painted beads and Portrait beads product. We will not exchange or return any product that has been exposed to harsh chemicals.
  

• Our  warranty applies to defects in materials and workmanship only. Our warranty covers manufacturer defects for up to 6 months from the date of the purchases the product from with proof of purchase date. Retired items are no longer covered under warranty 3 months after being retired.

Wholesale Qualification:

• Wholesale accounts must own a business, have a business license and submit via email a resale license number.
• Only Lamore di Firenze glass beads, Austrian Crystal beads, Alena Marie Collection Beads, Portrait Beads and some accessories are available for wholesale. Free Items are not available and should not be added.
  
• There is a minimum order of 15 beads required on all orders except wholesale portrait bead orders. There are no minimums for wholesale portrait beads!
• All wholesale orders have the same shipping and store policy as the retail site - CLICK HERE FOR DETAILS.
• All order that are wholesale will be shipped for a flat fee of $5.00 for priority mail shipping or $25.00 Next Day Air shipping US only. International wholesale orders over $75.00 will ship Int. Express for $28.00 and all orders under $75.00 will ship Int. Priority for $15.00. If the incorrect shipping is ordered it will be corrected and shipped via our wholesale shipping policy.

How to Sign Up for a Wholesale Account :

• Create an account at the top of the page - with your name, business address, name of your business
  
• After creating an account, send an email to chuck@dollsandducks.com requesting your account be wholesale and send us the store address and resale license number.
• We will activate the account for wholesale access with in 48 hours
